Definitely make sure you get this one as it has a curved handle. Which means you can hold it with one hand, open the lid and use your other hand to spoon your substance out. Some of these types of cellers have a straight handle which means you have to hold it with one hand while opening it with the other. This adds a third 'movement' in that then you have to pick up your measuring tool. It sounds like it wouldn't be a deal breaker, but that extra little step when you are in the middle of cooking DOES make a difference! Being able to hold and open with the same hand is a good thing.
